Everyone needs something solid to build on, and that’s particularly important when day-to-day life involves social care. At Yonder we work with Local Authorities and care providers to build teams of passionate social care workers, people who believe in the sector, believe in themselves and most importantly, believe in those they’re supporting.
As a not-for-profit people agency, we work with organisations across the social care spectrum, from homecare to children’s early help, helping them to find, grow and keep staff. Whether the priority is holding onto people with experience or opening the door to some fresh faces, we’re here to offer expert guidance and hands on support.

Our core offer.
Across our team we cover three key areas, all focused on creating a more stable and able social care workforce:
-
Firstly, we deliver projects that encourage more people to consider a career in social care, helping to find new and passionate people and get them into the sector. In addition, if there’s a gap our Yonder recruiters can jump in and find the perfect match for permanent roles.
-
Secondly, we grow skills and talents, we want to make sure our workforce is the best it can be, we work on social care academies, increase coaching and career planning support and most importantly dedicate time to leadership, workforce engagement and culture programmes.
-
Lastly, but by no means least, we support organisations to keep experienced workers, people with bags of knowledge that bring real value to their teams.

We want a workforce that meets everyone's needs; enough people to fill vital roles, skills and experience that others can trust and workers who feel valued and driven to stick around and change lives.
